Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of chemical products, all returns must follow strict rules to ensure safety and compliance.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item was damaged during shipping

We cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used chemical containers
• Products with broken seals
• Custom-made or special-order chemicals
• Chemicals requiring regulated disposal

2. Return Request Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us at info@purematrixchem.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and clear description of the issue
3. Wait for authorization before shipping any items back

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Once approved:

• Defective items will be replaced where possible
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping fees may not be refundable.
